The
MARQUIS BEACH RESORT is uniquely situated on a sandy beach
in an area of the North Coast that most tourists see. It is by
no means a secret location, as it is a pleasant 45 minutes drive
from the airport & 13 kms from Panjim (Capital of Goa). Right
on beach, on major bus and minivan routes, but still removed from
the high level of activity and congestion of the more popular
North Coast locations. The hotel caters mostly to tour groups,
but the groups themselves tend to be families, Singles and Couples
mostly from Abroad. The MARQUIS BEACH RESORT is a resort location.
It does many things very well; its boat riding and parasailing
is one of the most lucrative on the resort. The MARQUIS BEACH
RESORT is an excellent location to enjoy the beach, enjoy the
company, and still be near services only a short ride away. Its
gardens are well maintained, and beach sports are easily available.
It approaches a minimal level of elegance, while still supporting
an active vacation style.
